Ground Shipping

Small parcel items ship regular ground via delivery services such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. No signature is required for standard ground shipping, so you may want to make arrangements to have packages brought inside soon after delivery, if you are unable to receive it in person.

¡¾1/2 Binding Combs Included¡¿Our comb binding machine comes with a starter kit that includes 30 black 1/2 binding combs. These 19-ring comb binding spines are designed to ideally fit letter-sized papers. They are well-suited for use in school, offices or at home, making them a great gift for teachers, students, and colleagues.

¡¾19-Hole Punching, Suitable for Letter-Size Paper¡¿The 19-hole comb binding machine is specifically designed for Letter Size paper. The margin guide is fixed, so it’s not recommended to punch other paper sizes, as the hole alignment may not be accurate. Our comb binding machine is built for long-lasting use, delivering consistent performance and professional-quality bound documents.

¡¾Punching Capacity of 8 Sheets¡¿The comb binding machine can manually punch up to 8 sheets of #20 paper at once without any misaligned holes or burrs. Note: Only 8 sheets of 20lb paper can be punched at a time, and covers should not be punched together with paper. Only one cover should be punched at a time, and it is recommended to use PVC or PP covers with a thickness of 6 mil or less, and no more than 12 mil. Cardstock up to 450g can also be punched.

¡¾Binding Capacity of 145 Sheets & 3mm Fixed Paper Margin¡¿The comb binding machine can bind up to 145 sheets using 5/8 plastic binding combs. You can punch holes accurately with a 3mm binding position. The built-in drawer-type waste compartment allows for easy disposal of paper scraps. Please ensure regular cleaning of paper scraps to prevent potential damage to the comb binding machine.

¡¾Easy to Use, Just Punch and Bind¡¿The comb binding machine features a dual-functional handle, allowing you to punch and bind in the one machine. (Punch Paper at Least 6 Times to Remove Oil.) ?Tips: ¢ÙMake sure to press the punching handle all the way down in one continuous motion. Avoid stopping halfway, as this may cause the papers to get stuck. ¢Ú If you’re punching 8 sheets of paper at once, you might need to use a bit more force. For a more effortless experience, try punching fewer sheets at a time and repeat as needed. ¢Û When binding, position the binding comb with its open side facing upward to ensure everything aligns perfectly.

Punch capacity: 8 sheets (80g paper). Bind capacity: 145 sheets. ? Please make sure to align the paper properly before punching to avoid jams. ? Maximum punch capacity is 8 sheets of standard 80gsm paper. Exceeding this limit may result in incomplete punching or damage to the machine. ? For best results, use standard copy paper. To make punching easier, reduce the number of sheets.
